A flat rectangle about the size of a business card that attached to a handheld media device or just carried in one's pocket, that projected a life-size hologram of a standard poodle, which… doubled as a personal assistant?

The vendor perked up and cleared his throat to wedge in between parts of their conversation to say: "Four-Fifty Eddies, and I'll throw in the gaming package full customization unlock…"

"Deal," IRIDIA answered. She probably could have haggled down, but she suspected the unit would have at least one or two components she was interested in.

"So anyway, like… no I think you're absolutely right. This has all the ingredients for a flare-up that is either gonna expand out to start picking up other gangs, or start getting the Corps involved, taking bets. They're always meddling, and there's already rumors about 'Saka involvement…" She sipped her soda again and pocketed the item she just bought.
