Tharington looked up as Cornelia approached, a faint smile tugging at the corners of his lips. Her presence was a welcome interruption, offering solace amid his worries."Thank you, lia,"
He said gratefully, accepting the glass she offered. The familiar scent of his favorite drink wafted up to him, soothing his frayed nerves.
He took a sip, savoring the familiar taste as he watched shadows play across the landscape. The quiet hum of the evening surrounded them, a comforting backdrop to their conversation.
"I'm holding onto hope that Zach will return home soon."
He glanced at Cornelia, his expression reflecting the depth of his concern.
"How are you holding up with everything that's been going on?"

She knew you would be out here it is the place you come to unwind, and think things out but then this seems to be the place everyone does that. With the views it offers of the property and other buildings, also not a lot of people either to interrupt your thoughts. She has brought you a glass with your favorite drink in it to help you relax more. She knows you are worried about Zach everyone is but she is sure he is okay well she is keeping positive on that, no negativity allowed.
She makes her way over to you feeling the evening breeze, hearing the crickets and frogs the usual sounds one hears in the evening hours out here.
"I knew you would be out here, thought you could use this."
She stops beside your chair, holding the glass out for you

A flash of a shy smile. "Cool. Well, um, hopefully the timing works out then. I uh, I won't need anything through Dogtown, and don't have anything actually hazardous, I don't think? I'll have to check."His vision goes distant for a moment, and his expressions warms and softens as he reads the message, and responds. "I'm uh, sorry, Isree. I have to run. But um, it was good meeting you, and um, I'll ping you when I'm closer to moving?"

"I'll be able to move bigger things soon." They don't wanna get into the Cossack's troubles right now "Components I can do pretty easy. Hazard rates for Dogtown and cargo that's hazardous itself. I keep 'em standardized though."
Yeah, that’d be nice laughs to myself

He will accept it, and send you his, too. "Um, kind of. The rig is definitely expensive, but um, lots of it isn't so little?" You've recovered. He seems about the same.
It seemed that the place was both home and business. There was a storefront with a few gambling machines inside, and a couple of vendors selling various things ranging from clothes and guns to black market chrome. Everything else in the immediate area is now residential. Your scouting would give you the impression that this was a new development, the work of this would be fixer referred to as Maddox. Word on the street is he drove everyone out and housed his thugs in the vicinity. As for foot traffic, there is some. Mostly, you witness runners and a few others going into the place, likely to score jobs or do other biz. The busiest time for foot traffic is at night, from about 9pm until 2 am. Mostly, it's Maddox's thugs out partying and whatnot and causing general mayhem, terrorizing the alley dwellers and the like.
Nyxa sees no signs of anyone else appearing to be casing the joint currently. Also, it seems Maddox has a bit of overconfidence going in his abilities in general, because as far as she can tell, there are no regular guards on the exterior anyway. Now inside might be a whole other matter. Perhaps there are cameras to hack or some such thing?
