Before work began
I had a crash, a mental crash
A breakdown or was psychically
and/or spiritually attacked

I called out of work
That day , the next
Had a meeting with
My therapist....
She took me out of
Work for a week ...
Then a month as further
Sessions went on
And this feeling I had
Just would not subside ....

I was going through
These overly emotional stages
Thoughts of suicide
Last weekend I had to reach
Out to Dale, just to have
Someone to ground me ...
Because suicide was feeling
Uncomfortably good.....

Anything new
Been working on getting previous
Writings up on the blog...

Bit embarrassed, shy about
What's going on

See back in March
Renee, mu live in
Partner of 5 years
Decided she had enough
Of me, bought a house
And moved out ...

Not just moved to a friend's for a bit
Or an apartment
But something very permanent
She obviously has no
Plans of coming back

For the first 3 weeks
I was ok...
I wasn't happy
I was heart broken
Feeling very rejected
And a little scared
2 years living together
You can forget how to
Be alone .....

On April 10th, I collared
My two girls ....
That night , I brand ilyria...

The Vosk River
Once we had reached the small ranch it was time to set up the tents and get some food ready for the meal.Master RedWolf likes vulo stew and she hoped Master Budo Wolf did as well so after washing her hands thoroughly syn begins to gather up the ingredients from the packs she had readied before they began travelling.
Long slender legs were tired from the journey as she hoisted up the metal pot over the cooking fire hanging it on the hook that sits at the point of the triangle stand ,the chopped vulo and suls ,onions and carrots are all added with some water and a pinch of spices is left to bubble and cook through as she makes her way back to the makeshift kitchen tent ,hips sway softly as long flaxen mane tumbles down her back like a waterfall shimmering from the light of the fire ,eyes the shade of a dark stormy night take in every movement around her as she sweeps the tip of tongue across lush lips.
The light from the tri moons gives off a silvery glow as she slips within the tent and finds plates and mugs atop the wooden crates running a clean cloth over each item.Getting a tray out she places the plates and mugs upon them ready for when they are needed, checking all is prepared, small feet carry her back out to the fire,the aroma of the stew now wafting in the air as she begins to collect more wood for the fire.

I love shopping in our local Tesco store because the check out staff are so nice. They always have time for a chat while they ring the stuff through. I have a stool stick - walking stick that unfolds into a seat, a bit like one of those shooting sticks people used to have. It means I can sit down if I have to wait in a queue for the check out. I keep it in the car and I find it's really useful, as I find standing still for even a short amount of time very painful. Not my knees, now that I've had replacement surgery, but the arthritis in my lower spine. Darn, growing old ain't always fun is it!.....LOL
