wow....two days in a row that I have kept food down .. woot .... finally feeling a bit better from this super strength crud that has been going around... oh.. and my chest no longer sounds like its in a death rattle when i breathe... awesome!

   Was actually improved enough to attend church today..though am tuckered out now. i think its a definite that I bruised or cracked a rib with the horrid hard coughing for over a week and when I blow my nose my ears pop and the right one hurts... tends to make me rather dizzy too until they repop.. fun times!!
