says to ALL: I had finished moving some stuff around just in time as Uome came into the steading lugging the Yul tree, eyes went wide as i saw how big it was, well in truth anything was bigger than me. A smile appeared on soft lips as he set it up, "now honey, its up to you to pretty it up" laughter escaped as words were spoken, "I will do my very best Jarl" a hint of sadness would appear as i knew my Jarl would not be around to take in its beauty before Yul, but there is always miracles than can happen. With that thought in mind i tied back golden locks to keep them out of the way as dainty feet made their way across the wood plank floor to push the box of decor from the past few years towards the tree.

==on Svein's farm steading==
says to ALL: I began pulling the decorations out of the box, they were all made by myself except for the one that was the benazir ornament, that I kept for sentinmental purposes, I could not help but laugh at some of them, my skills were not the best compared to others, rather basic and simple but they were all made with joy and that is what counted the most. Hurrying to the kitchen area to grab the step stool as i will require it to get to the top of the tree, even stepping on tiptoes did not help. I would place a couple of them and than step back to have a look see before continuing on with others, paper stars, paper bells, and even a paper ship were the ornaments, i remember my Jarl looking at the paper ship last year and wondering just where did i ever see a ship like that in my time, honestly never, but it was the best that i could do.

says to ALL: The tree was starting to shine in its glory, adding the last of the ornaments before adding the garland that i made using paper and berries, perhaps if i have time this year i will restore it with newer berries, but you know it has that certain kind of appeal. I had dyed the paper used for the garland and ornaments from flowers so it brought alot of color to the tree and of course my Jarl was pleased that none were pink in color, how he hated the color pink in general only preferring it on one locale on my lithe frame a grin crossed soft lips at that thought. Reaching into the box for the final item that i had left in there, bright red in color it was a tree skirt, some barbarian girl told me this, wrapping it around the base of the tree. Standing back, small hands on sinful hips i gave the tree the once over, yes that does it.

says to ALL: I would than take the wreath and place it on the front door, before placing the minature wreaths along the mantel and the base of the lanterns, humming a soft lil tune as i moved throughout. Peering into the box, making sure it was empty before taping up the top and pushing it back into the closet where it would stay until Yul was over, and now it was time to start the evening meal
