Being attached to the pully ropes unable to do

Starting at each shoulder joint, I slice down the back of each arm, shoulder to wrist. I leave just enough of a strip of skin to remain attached to your arm, but it's quick work to flay the rest of it to hang down from your now bared muscle in a semblance of wings.
