It's totally up to you for what you'd like to do with Dylan's story! If it's good, then finding out the "Why" could be a different exercise entirely. Could just be he had a strong aura about him that made her feel like she needed the ammo, or something more substantial if you want it to spiral out and begin informing a subplot for him to follow?

There's also a new clash between The Mox and the Tyger Claw gangs, and the steady encroach of Scavs and The Army into southern Dogtown.

Doc 24/7's gone missing amidst a secret bid to advance the study of cyberpsychosis, and there's the re-emergence of the seafaring Thelas nomad faction seeking political establishment in Night City's port amidst tensions in the ocean!

And probably a handful of other good plots I need to go checking to confirm

Big thing that occurred is uh… Maul killed Paz and then died, and Paz had dirt on EVERYONE and a deadman switch caused that stuff to go into public, causing all sorts of turmoil which you can decide to have affect your character if you wish! No obligation of course.
